SAN JOSE, Calif.-Psytechnics has committed $1 million to the first phase of its program addressing unpredictable voice quality provided by cell phones, for which the company has created a dedicated Mobile Voice Management Unit to conduct research and develop products for the mobile market.
“Our technology will enable providers to differentiate themselves from their competitors because they can guarantee service levels, or even charge premiums for higher quality services,” explained John Winchester, chief executive officer at Psytechnics. “They’ll also be able to control spend as they’ll know which network improvements actually affect customer experience.”
