TOKYO-A total of 18 telecommunications carries in Japan 10 March lodged complaints against the Japanese governmental plan to let NTT companies raise their communication charges, the carriers said. The 18 carriers jointly lodging the complaint letter included KDDI, Japan Telecom, Tokyo Telecommunication Network and Cable & Wireless.
The Japanese Telecom Ministry 14 February announced it would accept public opinion on the issue until 14 March.
