NEW ORLEANS-Dilithium Networks, which provides multimedia solutions, announced network monitoring support in a new release of the company’s Dilithium Networks Analyzer, a protocol analysis and test tool for 3G-324M markets. Dilithium Networks’ DNA is a test tool for H.324M/3G-324M as defined by 3GPP and 3GPP2, said the company.
New features include network monitoring functionality that allows the device to be used for passive call monitoring as required in a sniffing application. The network monitoring feature allows capture of call bitstream to file, offline analysis and display of call control as well as media channels, said Dilithium.
DNA 2.1 also includes many other important features that lead to enhanced protocol testing and analysis, new interoperability troubleshooting and problem determination capabilities. H.245 User Input Indication support; additional trace features and codec enhancements are also included.
