LOS ANGELES-The winners of the “World’s Smallest Film Festival,” an event held in conjunction with last week’s CTIA trade show in New Orleans aimed at showcasing films designed for next-generation mobile devices, have been announced.
The festival’s categories range from animation to commercial to music, and the winners in most cases were individuals. The judging panel included LightSurf Technologies’ Philippe Kahn, photographer Joe Labisi, and short-film director and producer Frank Chindamo.
