SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Computer Sciences Corp. said it has signed a 10-year $1.6 billion outsourcing contract to manage Motorola Inc.’s infrastructure.
As part of the agreement, CSC will acquire certain Motorola IT infrastructure and network assets. The deal, which takes effect May 1, will involve 1,300 employees, most of whom are in the United States
