BEIJING-Vice General Manager of China Netcom’s Beijing subsidiary Lin Ming told the China Daily newspaper his company plans to introduce Little Smart services in Beijing’s eight urban districts starting 17 May, which is World Telecom Day.
The service is already available in Beijing’s 10 suburban areas, where 10,000 subscribers have already been recruited.
