SAN BRUNO, Calif.-IPWireless Inc., developer of UMTS TD-CDMA (TDD)-compliant broadband mobile network infrastructure, has expanded its technical center in the United Kingdom and will increase staffing there immediately, the company said.
In other developments, IPWireless said Jack Scanlon has joined its board directors. Scanlon’s experience includes positions as chief executive officer of Asia Global Crossing and general manager of the Cellular Networks and Space sector of Motorola Inc.
