MOUNTAIN View, Calif.-In a stock-for-stock deal worth $21 million, Nokia Corp has acquired Eizel Technologies Inc., a company that develops server-based products that allow mobile device users to access any format on any network.
“Eizel has an innovative solution that sets a new standard for businesses wanting real-time secure wireless access to relevant Internet and intranet content anywhere, anytime,” said John Robinson, senior vice president of Nokia Internet Communications.
