Copps supports telecom relay modications for deaf community

WASHINGTON-While FCC Commissioner Michael Copps supported modifications to Federal Communications Commission rules on allowing for telecom relay services for the deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired communities, he also called for the commission to act quickly on hearing aid compatibility with mobile phones.
