Alltel brand campaign begins Sunday

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.-Alltel is gearing up to launch a new customer-focused brand campaign that will include television, print, radio and outdoor advertising to portray the company’s “get it right or make right” promise to customers.

“While other phone companies make empty promises and invest in hype, Alltel is running its business to appeal to no-nonsense customers who seek quality service and quick resolution to their problems,” said Philip Junker, Alltel’s executive vice president of marketing. “The campaign has a clear message, and I am confident of its ability to help us build deeper and more lasting relationships with existing customers while winning new ones.”

The first television commercial in the new campaign will air May 25.
