FRAMINGHAM, Mass.-NMS Communications introduced a program based on its portfolio of system building blocks whereby telecommunications application developers can quickly and cost effectively deploy voice and data solutions.
Through the program, NMS is offering application developers access to its VoiceXML Toolkit, its Telecom Developer’s Portal and a discounted bundled Developer’s Starter Kit, all of which include Linux support.
Also in speech technology news, SandCherry Inc. announced the availability of its AppRun VXML VoiceXML 2.0 standard-based browser, which can integrate with speech recognition and text-to-speech elements from speech vendors, allowing for quick and cost-efficient service rollout, the company said.
