AT&T Wireless Services Inc. launched its VoiceDial voice-activated dialing service onto its GSM network allowing customers to store up to four numbers for up to 2,000 contacts, make multiple calls without redialing #121 and customize the service with personal greetings for $4 per month.
John Bunyan, senior vice president of AT&T Wireless Mobile Multimedia Services added that with customers changing handsets every 12 to 18 months, the VoiceDial service allows them to retain their contact information.
“The ability to retain contact information on our network is invaluable,” Bunyan said.

The agreement includes a tri-band Sierra Wireless AirCard 750 Wireless GPRS Modem, which will be offered for as low as $225 for a limited time and AT&T Wireless Internet plans beginning at $30 per month for 10 megabytes of data transmission.
