FREMONT, Calif.-Mobile resource management company At Road Inc. announced a public offering of 4 million shares of common stock and an additional 2.5 million-share offering by stockholders.
At Road will use the proceeds, expected to total approximately $45.5 million, for capital expenditures, working capital and other general corporate purposes. The company also said it might use a portion of the proceeds to acquire complementary products, technologies or businesses.
The underwriters of the offering, including UBS Securities L.L.C., U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Inc., Needham & Company Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, will have an option to purchase an additional 975,000 shares from certain selling stockholders to cover any over-allotments.
