NEW YORK-Global investment bank Lehman Brothers said it appointed Sir Christopher Gent as a non-executive director to its board of directors. His appointment will begin Sept. 1.
Gent will step down as the chief executive of the world’s largest mobile-phone operator Vodafone Group plc later this month. Arun Sarin will take over the Vodafone post.
