SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-Software technology company Applied Reasoning Systems Corp. said it signed a deal with Roaming Messenger to offer real-time notifications for the homeland security sector.
“Roaming Messenger’s underlying mobile data agent technology also provides us with some great advantages in developing other wireless carrier offerings for consumers,” said Scott Bublin, Applied Reasoning’s chief executive officer. “We are very excited to be an early partner of Roaming Messenger.”
