With the integrated IBM-SupportSoft solution, wireless service providers can provide automated customer self-service, self-healing functionality and intelligent-assisted service to mobile device users. The solution features a customer service analyst interface and a communication platform to allow carriers to diagnose and solve problems on customers’ mobile devices. The solution also includes a customized self-service portal for customers to solve their own problems online.
