SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Motorola Inc. said it has declared its dividend for the quarter, and it is 4 cents per share. Stockholders will receive the dividend Jan. 15, 2004.
It will be the company’s 227th consecutive quarterly dividend, according to Motorola.
