RESTON, Va.-NII Communications Inc. plans to sell 3 million shares of NII Holdings Inc. in a secondary offering for $70.50 per share generating $211.5 million in proceeds. Nextel owns approximately 31 percent of NII Holdings’ shares.
NII Holdings was formerly known as Nextel International Inc. and operates iDEN-based networks in Latin America.
