CINCINNATI-Lattice Communications L.L.C. has acquired 13 communications towers in the Indianapolis metro area from Vertical RealEstate Inc. Lattice did not disclose the purchase price.
“The Vertical RealEstate towers were attractive to Lattice because they represent a well-constructed, clustered group of towers with attractive lease-up potential,” said Tom Patterson, managing director of mergers and acquisitions for Lattice. All of the towers were designed for collocation and were built during the past six years.
The acquisition marks Lattice’s second acquisition in a year, following its April purchase of 24 towers in Atlanta and Birmingham, Ala., from Enterprise Communications Partnership.
The company now owns and operates more than 350 towers in 16 states.
