SANTA MONICA, Calif.-Boingo Wireless Inc. signed a network roaming agreement with Inter-touch Pty. Ltd. to add Inter-touch’s Wi-Fi hot-spot network to the Boingo Roaming System in 10 countries.
Inter-touch’s network of Wi-Fi-equipped hotels reaches Australia, France, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
Boingo has been expanding its roaming network outside the United States. The company said its under-contract network currently reaches 28 countries.
“Growing in Asia and Europe is a priority for Boingo, and this agreement is a big step forward thanks to Inter-touch’s focus on high-quality locations that are convenient for the business traveler,” said Colby Goff, Boingo’s vice president of network strategy.
