LONDON-Cerillion Technologies signed an agreement to provide a customer relationship management and billing system to APUA PCS, a subsidiary of the Antigua Public Utilities Authority. APUA provides telephone service, electricity and water to Antigua and Barbuda.
The system will support GSM and GPRS service and includes CRM, rating, billing, credit management, payment management and Web self-care functions, said Cerillion.
