HERNDON, Va.-LinkSpot Networks has chosen Bonsai Networks’ Bonsai Operation Support Service to provide back-office billing and accounting as part of its Wi-Fi access service that provides communications services within RV parks, resorts and campgrounds.
Bonsai’s BOSS solution offers centralized Wi-Fi billing, session management and portal services that tie all LinkSpot locations together, allowing customer to roam between all LinkSpot locations. The solution also allows LinkSpot to offer a wider variety of service plans and features to its customers.
