TORONTO-Mobile Diagnostix Inc., which provides a smart-phone customer-care system, said it is introducing its Mobile Care Framework to Saskatchewan wireless carrier SaskTel Mobility. The carrier’s customer-care team will use the product to support its smart-phone customers.
The Mobile Care Framework automates smart-phone hardware and software analysis, detects configuration errors, system parameters and known application conflicts, and automatically delivers patches and updates to devices over the air. The framework supports Microsoft, Palm, Symbian and Research In Motion operating systems, as well as Java-compatible handsets.
