CANNES, France-Nortel Networks Inc. said it has received certification for its TL9000 for end-to-end development and deployment of UMTS infrastructure.
“The scope of this certification covers end-to-end definition, design, development, introduction and service of wireless UMTS core, access and NMS products,” said Nortel.
