SAN DIEGO-Kyocera Wireless Corp. said it selected M2M Connectivity Pty Ltd., which distributes machine-to-machine telemetry modules, as a distributor of the Kyocera 200 Module in Australia and New Zealand.
The Kyocera 200 Module, introduced last year, powers several CDMA-based M2M solutions worldwide, said the company.
“Many of our customers are seeking to transmit essential data from remote facilities using M2M applications and they’re specifically requesting CDMA-based solutions due to the enhanced coverage and higher data speeds that CDMA/1x networks provide,” said Daryl Chambers, director at M2M Connectivity.
