PALO ALTO, Calif.-China Telecommunications Broadcast Satellite Corp. has deployed Vyyo Inc.’s wireless broadband solution in Haikou, the capital of Hainan, China.
“Using our solution, ChinaSat seamlessly rolled out wireless broadband access in the island of Hainan,” explained Michael Corwin, president and chief operating officer. “We believe this is just the beginning of our relationship with ChinaSat and our high quality solution will lead to additional deployments.”
Vyyo’s system has now commercially deployed by six Chinese telecom operators.
