ANNAPOLIS, Md.- Centennial Communications Corp. announced it will use technology from TeleCommunication Systems Inc. to meet the Federal Communications Commission’s E911 Phase I and II mandates in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The deal follows a previous deal to cover Centennial’s wireless operations in the continental United States.
