CARLSBAD, Calif.-Pulse-LINK, an ultra-wideband technology company, has closed its Series D stock offering for more than $30 million.
The company said it will use the proceeds to complete development and attain commercial release of its software-defined radio cognitive radio UWB solution. The offering will allow UWB communications across wireless local area networks, cable television networks and home electric power lines.
The offering was led by strategic investors Mobile Telecommunications Company, National Investment Company and Jamson Holdings and included six additional publicly listed companies.
