IRVINE, Calif.-Wireless test and measurement company Comarco Inc. said it will reschedule the release of its first-quarter results for fiscal 2005 that were expected to be announced today .
The company said its accounting firm has not completed its review of the results, hence the delay. Comarco said the release will be rescheduled “within a short period of time.”
Shares of Comarco were trading down slightly at $7.39 per share following the announcement.
