BETHLEHEM, Pa.-Directory assistance and information services provider Infonxx announced it received a $44 million investment from Technology Crossover Ventures.
Proceeds will be used for technology development, acquisitions and expansion into new markets, said the company. As part of the investment, TCV purchased certain previously issued shares.
Infonxx provides directory assistance services to wireless carriers in the United States.
