Centennial expands billing relationship with Convergys

CINCINNATI-Convergys Corp. has extended its relationship with Centennial Communications Corp. in a recently signed multi-year contract extension.

Convergys will provide outsourced billing, customer care and professional services, including its Infinys software applications and its Virtuoso billing system, to support Centennial’s subscribers. Convergys will also provide real-time proactive e-messaging capabilities for customer care.

“Our confidence in Convergys and its products and services is the primary reason why Centennial decided to renew and extend our previously existing contract,” said Philip Mayberry, president of U.S. wireless operations for Centennial.
