PARIS-Alcatel Corp. said it has sold its Fraud Management Group to Subex Systems, an Indian software company for an undisclosed sum.
This brings 30 new clients to Subex’s list of 39 clients, according to the company.
As part of the deal, Alcatel will partner with Subex to provide fraud management and revenue assurance, according to the companies.
“This acquisition marks a strategic step forward for Subex,” said the software company.
