MILPITAS, Calif.-Playing on personalization, palmOne Inc. released palmOne persona, a line of accessories for palmOne handhelds and smart phones.
The accessory line will debut with monogrammed leather cases designed by Vaja for use with the Treo 600, Tungsten C, Tungsten W and Zire 72 devices.
“There’s a distinct market for innovative, stylish, high-quality accessories,” said Jim Schwabe, general manager of palmOne accessories. “Most of our customers want their devices to reflect their personal tastes and style, and palmOne persona takes accessorizing to the premium level.”
PalmOne plans to work with other designers, including Dooney & Bourke, to introduce other high-end accessories.
