WOODBURY, N.Y.-Messaging suppliers Comverse and Tecnomen both announced multimedia messaging service center contracts Wednesday.
Comverse said Telefonica Moviles Espana selected its MMSC to be deployed with a third-party MMSC to support high-volume personal and application-based multimedia messaging in Spain.
Telenor Pakistan and its infrastructure provider Siemens AG chose Tecnomen to supply an MMSC and voicemail system. Delivery will take place this month.
The values of the contracts were not disclosed.
