ATLANTA-Sprint PCS affiliate AirGate PCS Inc. said it expects to post between 8,500 and 9,500 net customer additions and between $88 million and $92 million in total revenues for its fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 30.
The carrier also said it expects to report between $16 million and $18 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for the quarter excluding an approximately $10.9 million one-time adjustment related to a recent amendment to its affiliate agreement with Sprint and $4 million in total capital expenditures.
AirGate PCS reported a loss of 4,697 subscribers during the fourth quarter of 2003, $89.3 million in revenues, $15.2 million in EBITDA and $7.1 million in capital expenditures. AirGate PCS’ stock was trading up more than 3 percent early Friday at $20.31 per share.
