CAMPBELL, Calif.-Wireless telecommunications company P-Com Inc. said it reached an agreement with Agilent to restructure its $1.7 million obligation to the company. Under the new deal, P-Com said it will pay Agilent $250,000 and will pay the balance amortized over 16 monthly payments starting next year.
P-Com also said it completed the first closing on its previously announced $5 million debenture financing.
The company said the moves give it “additional flexibility to address working capital needs.”
P-Com develops, manufactures and markets point-to-point, spread spectrum and point-to-multipoint, wireless access systems.
