MILPITAS, Calif.-Kineto Wireless said it is collaborating with BenQ to develop Unlicensed Mobile Access-enabled dual-mode GSM-Wi-Fi handsets.
BenQ said it will use Kineto’s UMA client software, test tools and integration services for its P50 Pocket PC phone, which will be the first product from their collaboration.
Kineto said it is making the client software available for smart phones based on the Microsoft Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC phone platform.
