CANNES, France-WatchMark-Comnitel, which provides service assurance solutions, said it will rename itself Vallent Corp.
The company recently merged with Metrica Software Systems.
“Our new name, Vallent Corp., culminates the organizational and strategic transformation that has occurred here since the merger with Metrica Software Systems (UK),” said John Hansen, chief executive officer of WatchMark-Comnitel.
