MUNICH, Germany-Wireless investment group Siemens Mobile Acceleration said it completed its first investment in the United Kingdom with 3DiS, which specializes in machine-to-machine communications for fleet operators.
SMAC is the sole investor in the round of institutional funding.
3DiS offers a vehicle management system called Amicus VMS, which includes an on-board unit that records operational data on the vehicle and driver and delivers it via GSM or GPRS networks to a control center.
