SAN FRANCISCO-Texas Instruments Inc. said it has narrowed its forecast for its quarterly earnings owing to weaker demand for its television and video projector chips.
The chip bellwether said it anticipates revenue of between $2.91 billion and $3.03 billion with earnings of between 22 cents and 24 cents per share.
The previous target stood at between $2.9 billion and $3.14 billion in the first quarter and earnings of between 22 cents and 26 cents per share.
