TEMPE, Ariz.-First Cellular of Southern Illinois has tapped Excell Services to provide directory assistance and other offerings, the companies announced Tuesday.
Excell will provide operator services and inbound customer service for First Cellular through its North American call centers. The regional carrier also said it will use Excell’s Completion Plus offering, which allows calls to be completed on carrier networks without additional network resources.
“We selected Excell Services because they provide the best value in the industry,” said Michael Beehn, First Cellular’s vice president of marketing and business development, “and because Excell’s focus on North American call centers will better serve our customer base.”
