FORT MYERS, Fla.-Eloqui Wireless, which provides wireless service in Tennessee, selected InterOP Technologies’ Ringback solution to provide customers an alternative to conventional ringing sounds.
InterOP’s Ringback tones include original recordings, music true-tones, sounds, sports anthems and voice-tones.
“Subscribers at Eloqui will be able to manage their own library of personalized Ringback tones on the carrier’s network, and can choose from a robust library of personalized Ringback content, developing an inherent customer retention tool,” said John Dwyer, president and chief executive officer of InterOP. “A customer can select personalized Ringback tones for each individual caller-so Dad hears ‘Beethoven’s 5th’ and Mom hears ‘Mama Mia’ while waiting for you to answer.”
