ATLANTA-Fans of the WB Network’s “One Tree Hill” can influence one of the show’s storylines with a new promotion from Cingular Wireless.
Cingular subscribers watching tonight’s episode are encouraged to vote via text messaging on whether one character should kiss his sister-in-law while his wife is away. Poll results will determine developments during next week’s episode.
