U.S. Cellular should be proud

Dear Editor:

I was happy to see the clarification at the bottom of page 25 of the April 11 issue of RCR Wireless News concerning U.S. Cellular’s best overall score in analysis of customer complaints. The carrier had 39 complaints per 1 million customers-almost 50 percent better than Verizon Wireless.

There is a story here that RCR should follow up on soon! The U.S. Cellular team has done and is doing a great job in customer service and customer satisfaction to have that excellent result.

Congratulations to the entire U.S. Cellular team!
