SAN DIMAS, Calif.-Wavestream Corp. said it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against CAP Wireless Inc.
Wavestream, which makes amplifiers, said CAP Wireless’ Spatium series of solid-state amplifiers infringe on patents that Wavestream has an exclusive license to under an agreement with the patents’ owner, the Regents of the University of California.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Central District of California.
