TOKYO-Japanese mobile content conglomerate For-side.com Co. Ltd. may take its U.S. subsidiaries public during the next few months, according to company documents.
In a company report dated June 20, For-side.com said it plans to expand its U.S. business by listing several companies on an American market exchange. For-side owns a host of companies worldwide; its U.S. subsidiaries include music-identification software developer MusiKube and content and applications providers Vindigo and Zingy.
“We will begin listing (U.S.) subsidiaries on the Nasdaq and endeavor to expand the operations” in America, according to the report. The document hints that such a move could occur during the company’s current fiscal year, which ends Oct. 31.<
