SAN DIEGO-Leap Wireless International Inc. appointed David Truzinski vice president and chief information officer where he will be responsible for the carrier’s information technology support, including computer operations, telecommunications, networking, messaging, security, systems architecture and database management.
Truzinski previously served as CIO at Cingular Wireless L.L.C.
