PETALUMA, Calif.-Dilithium Networks said it has licensed its AnswerFast Plus technology to Motorola Inc. for use in some of Motorola’s third-generation mobile devices.
The technology reduces video-call session setup time to less than a second, a time that is comparable with voice call setup, said the company.
