SAN ANTONIO-Charys Holding Company Inc. said its wholly owned subsidiary, CCI Telecom Inc., has signed an agreement with Red Elm Associates L.L.C. to develop build-to-suit wireless tower opportunities.
The agreement calls for the companies to build a four-carrier designed 190-foot monopole structure along Interstate 440 in Pulaski County, Ark. Alltel Communications Inc. has signed a five-year lease with additional options for space on the tower. CCI is in negotiations with additional tenants on behalf of Red Elm.
The agreement also outlines plans for up to five additional multitenant tower sites.
