LONDON-Billing company Cerillion Technologies Inc. said it signed a contract with Manx Telecom that calls for the company to provide a new mediation solution to support Manx’s launch of High-Speed Downlink Packet Access technology.
The first phase of the project calls for Manx to use Cerillion’s Mediator product to support the rollout of only new HSDPA services. Later phases call for Cerillion to provide fully convergent mediation for all fixed and mobile services.
